At Jordan, we believe in providing a great place for students of all ages to learn. As one of the most innovative and forward-looking schools in Nigeria, our exciting role is to support students in their learning journey and equip them with the skills necessary to become successful, creative, and fulfilled future leaders of society.

For us, the first step in supporting students is getting to know them as individuals. Building strong relationships with students—and their parents—is the key to success. This approach helps us encourage children to grow in confidence, manage their behaviour, stay motivated, and ultimately achieve success. Education is a long-term process that adapts to the age and circumstances of each individual learner.

The second step to success is providing students with structure. From the very first day of school, students learn both academic and behavioural expectations. They are guided to take pride in their achievements, remain accountable for their actions, and rise to meet the high standards we set for all learners. Our staff is always available to offer the necessary support, whether through encouragement or by breaking goals into manageable steps to help students reach their full potential.

As the Director of Education at Jordan School, my mission is to help create a school community where every student can thrive. I am privileged to positively impact student learning by supporting our dedicated staff and Principals. I deeply appreciate the many strengths of Jordan School under its inspirational founder and Proprietress, Rev. (Mrs.) M.O. Osanyin, and I am honoured to play a role in the continued success of the school.

I truly believe that when we direct our energy and resources toward a common goal, we can “challenge and excite learners to achieve their dreams”.
